Sadly the surgery seems to be run much more for the benefit of the staff, rather than the patients. The number of times that you are not allowed to call the surgery is so great that by the time you have listened to them all you have probably forgotten why you called in the first place. The medical care is great, but access that care due to the obstacles put in the way makes the surgery rather inaccessible. So many rules and regulations which, particularly when one is feeling ill, are difficult to negotiate.

Sadly the surgery seems run to please their staff over and above their patients. The medical care is great, but getting to access that is a nightmare. When you call the surgery, the list of when you can't call the surgery is endless, so much so that you almost forget why you called in the first place.
